How to change settings in Garmin Express

Sometimes you can't change the settings via Garmin Connect IQ mobile app, you can try the the Garmin Express, which is known to be more stable.

Connect your watch to a PC or a Mac, and follow the instructions as illustrated.

0) Install and setup the Garmin Express if not yet
http://garmin.com/express

1) Select the watch on the main page



2) Click the 'Apps'



3) Scroll down to find 'Teko', and click the bubble


4) Change settings and click the 'Save' button



5) Confirm it's saved successfully
